TNT Industrial Contractors Inc. provides ASME and National Board certified repair and alterations for commercial and industrial facilities.
ASME & National Board Certifications
TNT is certified to repair and alter pressure vessels and boilers in accordance with ASME Section VIII and applicable National Board Inspection Code (NBIC) requirements. We also fabricate and install pressure piping in accordance with ASME B31.1 and B31.3. Welding is performed in accordance with ASME Section IX.

Authorization to perform repairs and alterations to power boilers and pressure vessels in our shop or in the field.

Boiler Components & Replacement Parts
High-Pressure Steam & High-Temperature Hot Water Boilers
Parts for high-pressure boilers can be repaired or altered under our National Board R Stamp authorization. Work can range from simple piping to complex tube components. Repairs and alterations may be completed at our shop or in the field by our code-certified welders and mechanics.
Low-Pressure Steam & Hot Water Boilers
Parts for low-pressure boiler repairs are manufactured under authorization of our National Board Certificate to use the “R” Symbol. Work can range from simple piping to complex boiler replacement sections installed by our code-certified welders and mechanics.
R Stamp Repairs & Alterations
High-Pressure Boilers
Repairs and alterations to high-pressure steam and high-temperature hot water boilers are performed at our shop or in the field under authorization to use the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors “R” Symbol. TNT works on water-tube and fire-tube boilers, including tube replacement, casing replacement, crack repair, and vessel patching.
Low-Pressure Boilers
Repairs and alterations to low-pressure steam and hot water heating boilers are also performed at our shop or in the field under the “R” Symbol. Common work includes tube and casing replacement, crack repair, and vessel patching.
Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessel repairs and alterations are performed at our shop or in the field under authorization to use the “R” Symbol. Alterations can range from design calculations for pressure rerating to physical changes involving larger connections or derating the operating pressure.
Pressure & Process Piping
ASME B31.3 Process Piping
Process piping that does not fall within the requirements of ASME Section I is designed, fabricated, and installed in accordance with the ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code. Projects may be completed in our shop, at field locations, or through a combination of both. Learn more about our process piping and commercial plumbing services.
ASME B31.1 Power Piping
Code piping for high-pressure boilers, as required by Section I, Power Boilers, of the ASME Code, is manufactured and installed using the standards established in ASME B31.1 Power Piping. This work may also combine shop fabrication with field installation.
